  • 1 piece (s) feta cheese
  • 2 sheets pastry (filo pastry)
  • ⅛ Bell pepper (s), color as desired
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • Parsley smooth
  • sesame
  • Honey, liquid
  • Oil, for deep-frying

Instructions

  1. Halve the cheese in half. Place the thinly sliced paprika between the two slices and wrap it with the filo pastry like a present. It is best to moisten your fingers so that the dough holds.
  2. Then cut the parsley and spring onions. Lightly toast the sesame seeds.
  3. Fry the packed bags of fat in oil for 1-2 minutes until they are crispy and golden on the outside. Bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees fan oven) for about 5-10 minutes so that the cheese is warm and slightly runny from the inside.
  4. Give the baked dumplings plenty of honey and sprinkle with spring onions, sesame seeds and parsley.
