Ingredients
- 1 slice (s) feta cheese
- 5 sheets pastry, (filo pastry)
- 2 tablespoon honey, more liquid
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- olive oil

- Take the filo pastry out of the package and remove about 5 sheets. Place the feta on the dough sheets and fold in neatly, like a present.
- Do not heat too much olive oil in a pan and fry the feta in the batter until it is golden brown on all sides. Then place the feta on a paper towel to catch the fat a little. Pour the honey over a plate and finally spread the sesame seeds on top and enjoy while still warm.
- I got to know that on my last vacation in Greece. In addition a Greek salad and fresh white bread!
