Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 0.5 kg ½ flour
  • 312 ml water, lukewarm
  • 15 g yeast
  • 1 ½ tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt

For the filling:

  • 10 slices ham
  • 6 hard-boiled egg (s)
  • 400 g cheese, rated
  • 1 glass tomato (s), dried, pickled in oil
  • some olives (doesn`t have to be)
  • some salt and pepper
  • basil
  • Pizza seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prepare a pizza dough from the ingredients for the dough (you can also use a ready-made dough). Cover this with ham, sprinkle cheese over it, add dried tomatoes cut into pieces, possibly olives and then place the hard-boiled eggs in the middle and season to taste. Then roll up and brush with a little oil from the tomato glass and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for approx. 20 minutes (depending on the oven).
  2. Also tastes very good cold!
