Ingredients

  • 250 ml water
  • 60 g butter
  • 180 g flour
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 400 ml milk
  • 160 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer
  • powdered sugar
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cook a pudding from milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and vanilla pudding powder and let it cool. Stir occasionally
  2. To make the choux pastry, bring the water, butter and salt to a boil in a saucepan. Take the saucepan off the hob, pour the flour into the hot mixture and stir until smooth. Heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until the dough forms a lump and a skin forms on the bottom of the pot.
  3. Put the batter in a bowl and gradually stir in the eggs. The dough should look smooth and shiny.
  4. Shape the dough with 2 tablespoons of balls and fry in hot oil.
  5. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the pudding.
  6. Fill the snowballs with a pastry syringe and dust with powdered sugar.
