Ingredients

  • 4 beef fillet (s) (fillet tips) à 150 grams
  • 75 ml honey
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 g cream cheese for the sauce

Instructions

  1. To make the marinade, stir all ingredients except for the cream cheese and the fillet tips with a whisk. The marinade should be even and slightly thick.
  2. Parry the fillet tips, but the butcher you trust will also do this work for you. Then put the meat together with the marinade in a plastic bag and mix well. Now let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  3. Then preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cook the fillet pieces with the marinade for 25 minutes.
  4. Then cut the fillet into pieces about 2 centimeters in size. Mix the remaining marinade (carefully hot) in the baking dish with the cream cheese to make a sauce and mix immediately with the meat. Then serve immediately.
