  • 250 g butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 3 pinches cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch clove powder
  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g nuts or almonds
  • 0.5 ½ point baking powder
  • Currant jam

Instructions

  1. Make a drive from butter, sugar and the whole eggs, add cinnamon and cloves. Mix the flour, nuts and baking powder well and add to the fringing.
  2. Pour about 2/3 of the mixture into a mold and brush with currant jam. Pour the rest of the mixture into a piping bag and make the edge and the grid. (Another option: simply wipe the dough off the dough card)
  3. Bake at 180 ° C top / bottom heat in a preheated oven for approx. 45 minutes.
