Ingredients

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 pinches baking powder
  • 50 g wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped cocoa powder
  • 30 g cane suar
  • 1 egg white
  • 5 tablespoon milk
  • 20 g suar (cinnamon suar)
  • 6 biscuit (s) (vanilla)
  • 200 g muesli (fruit), e.., Knusperone
  • 80 g almond (s), chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix the vanilla sugar, baking powder, wheat flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon sugar and cane sugar in a mixing bowl, preferably with a hand mixer. Finally add the egg white and milk to the mixture.
  2. Now crumble the vanilla biscuits in a second bowl until they are finely ground. Then add the fruit muesli and almonds and mix everything together. This mixture now comes together with the rest and is mixed together again. Possibly add a little more milk, because the mass should be sticky and firm.
  3. Now you can use an ice cream spoon or measuring spoon to distribute the mixture on the wafers so that they get a rounded shape. The baking sheet is now at 180 ° C for approx. 12 - 15 minutes on the middle rail of the oven.
