Grilled breaded fish fillet. Delicious and fast.

Cook: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • Fish (fillet)
  • For breading:
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Parsley greens – 3 sprigs
  • Pine nuts – 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic – 2-3 teeth.
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt

How to grill fish:

Directions

  1. Mix breadcrumbs with pine nuts, chopped garlic and parsley, and olive oil. Salt and stir.
  2. Defrost the fish fillet. Dry with a paper towel.
  3. Breed fish.
  4. Cook without oil in a well-heated grill pan.
