- 4 fish fillet (s) (Victoria perch, saithe)
- 2 zucchini
- 2 carrot (s)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper
- 200 g crème fraîche
- Fat, for the shape
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice

- Preheat oven. Coarsely grate the zucchini and carrots. Mix the vegetable grated with the oil, crème fraîche, breadcrumbs and season well with curry and pepper.
