Fish fried in batter on kefir.

Ingredients

  • Fish (“sole”, etc.) – 4 pieces
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Kefir – 2-3 tbsp
  • Flour – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 0.25 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Seasoning universal – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

How to cook fish in batter:

Directions

  1. Make a batter. To do this, drive an egg into a bowl, add flour.
  2. Salt. Add seasoning.
  3. Pour in kefir.
  4. Stir until smooth.
  5. Roll the fish in batter. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the fish in a frying pan, fry the fish in butter until golden brown (tender fish is fried quickly, watch out for readiness).
  6. Turn the fish over, cover, leave the fish in batter in a frying pan for 10 minutes.
