Fish Meatballs Baked with Broccoli in a Creamy Sauce

Delicate fish meatballs in a creamy sauce with cheese go well with broccoli. The broccoli is pre-boiled and then baked with fish meatballs.

Ingredients

  • Minced fish – 300 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Broccoli – 300 g
  • Bread crumbs – 4 tbsp
  • Cream 20% – 200 ml
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Butter – 20 g + for greasing the mold
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Before you cook the broccoli-baked fish meatballs, prepare the ingredients. Prepare minced fish from any fish bypassing the fillet through a meat grinder along with the onion. If you have prepared minced fish, add a diced onion for juicier meatballs.
  2. Put the minced fish in a bowl, add butter, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs. Mix well. Wash broccoli and disassemble into inflorescences.
  3. Boil water, salt, dip broccoli in water. Cook for no more than three minutes after boiling. Then drain the water. For the sauce, combine the cream and grated cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Make small round meatballs from minced fish. Place in a greased baking dish. Place in the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 10 minutes, so that the meatballs are slightly baked. Remove the mold from the oven. Place broccoli inflorescences between the meatballs.
  5. Pour over the cream and cheese sauce and return the fish meatballs to the oven, reducing the temperature to 180 degrees. Bake the meatballs with broccoli in the creamy sauce for 20 minutes.
