Baked Fish with Broccoli Garnish

If the fish is tasty, then you should not overload it with spices and salt, lemon juice is enough. It will accentuate and complement the taste. This baked fish with broccoli garnish is perfect for dinner.

Cook: 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • Peled fish – 3 pcs.
  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Broccoli (frozen) – 150 g
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoon.
  • Provencal herbs – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Gut the fish and peel it off, wash well. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon, leave a couple of tablespoons for a side dish, and pour the remaining juice over the fish inside and out. No salt needed! Lemon juice will add flavor to the fish. To slightly marinate the fish, leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Cover the baking sheet with parchment and lay out the fish. Send the fish to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20 minutes.
  3. While the fish is baking, prepare the broccoli garnish. Pour vegetable oil into a pan and add broccoli. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice, about 2 tablespoons, and sprinkle with your favorite herbs (I have Provencal herbs).
  5. Do you like the softness of broccoli? Then remove the pan from the heat – the garnish for the fish is ready.
  6. So the fish is baked. Juicy, fatty, delicious!
  7. Garnish with baked broccoli fish and serve. If someone still wants to salt the fish, then do not forget to put the salt shaker on the table.
