Stone the apricots, fillet the grapefruit and oranges and place in a large saucepan. Set aside the fillets of 1 grapefruit and 1 orange each. Squeeze the juice out of the citrus fruit residues and add to the saucepan, fill up with about 1/4 liter of multivitamin juice (so that everything adds up to 2 kilos).
