- 2 red pepper (s)
- 2 onions)
- 1 glass vinegar
- 0.5 ½ glass oil
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt

- Slice the cabbage, carrots, bell peppers and onions. Bring the marinade of vinegar, oil, sugar and salt to the boil in a saucepan and pour it over the salad while it is still hot. Put a lid on and shake so that everything mixes up. The lettuce should best steep overnight.
- Great for grilling. You can prepare very well.
