Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 300 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 600 g leaf spinach or rocket or lamb`s lettuce
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 4 medium tomato (s)
  • 250 g mozzarella

Instructions

  1. First cut the flatbread evenly horizontally.
  2. Peel the garlic clove, chop it finely, mash it lightly and add it to the creme fraîche (if you don`t get creme fraîche with herbs, you can refine normal creme fraîche with frozen herbs).
  3. Spread the cream evenly over the halves of the bread. Spread the spinach, rocket or lamb`s lettuce evenly on top. Cut the onions, preferably in cubes or strips, and spread on the salad. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella and place on top.
  4. Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Tip: If you want meat, you can also cut the chicken breast fillets into strips, fry them and also place them on the pizzas.
  6. My extra tip: It also tastes super delicious if you lightly (!) Sprinkle the pizzas with the Turkish spice Za`atar at the end. You can get this in Turkish delicatessen shops. You can also use it for normal pizzas.
