- 1 clove (s) garlic, pressed
- 1 ½ teaspoon oregano, dried
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 400 g tomato (s)
- 1 scoop mozzarella, 25 g
- 1 small flat bread (s), round
- 1 bunch rocket, 40 g
- 50 g hard cheese, Italian
- 6 slices Serrano ham, thin
- salt and pepper

- Mix 1 pressed garlic clove with 1 1/2 teaspoons of dried oregano and 5 tablespoons of olive oil. Remove the stem from 400 g tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Halve 1 ball of mozzarella and cut into thin slices.
- Halve 1 small round flatbread (approx. 20 cm Ø) horizontally. Place the halves with the cut surface facing up on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Drizzle the bread with half of the seasoning oil. Cover with tomato slices and mozzarella and drizzle with the remaining oil. Bake in the hot oven at 220 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 200 ° C) in the middle of the oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, clean 1 bunch of rocket, wash and spin dry. Use a peeler to cut 50 g of Italian hard cheese into thin slices.
- Season the flatbread pizza with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with rocket, Serrano ham and cheese.
