  • 150 g flaxseed, crushed
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 70 g cheese, rated, liht,
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly paprika powder
  • possibly curry powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the stove to 200 ° C top and bottom heat.
  2. Mix the flax seeds, eggs and cheese thoroughly with a fork. Season with pepper and salt, also with paprika or curry, if you like.
  3. A baking sheet with parchment paper covers, spread the dough thinly on top. This works very well with a wet fork, so keep dipping the fork in water. Shape thin biscuits.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes. When the chips or crackers are crispy they are done.
