Ingredients

  • 300 g buttermilk
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 50 g flaxseed
  • 100 g water
  • 250 g wheat
  • 250 g wheat flour (type 405 or 1050)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. First soak the flaxseed in 100 ml of water for 2 hours. Put the wheat kernels in the mixing bowl and grind for 1 minute on speed 10. Add the remaining ingredients as well as the soaked linseed and knead into a dough for 3 minutes on bread.
  2. Then put the dough in a greased loaf pan and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 45 minutes.
