Ingredients

  • 110 g flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 60 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Briefly process the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in the food processor. Add the freshly ground pepper and the flaxseed and stir briefly. Add milk and oil and process until a wet crumbly dough is formed; if necessary, add a little more milk.
  2. Put the mixture on a lightly floured work surface and shape it loosely into a ball. Halve the dough ball and roll out one of the halves between baking paper (3 mm thick). Remove the parchment paper, pierce the dough all over with a fork, cut 12 uneven triangles. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Do the same with the second piece of dough.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the cookies are golden in color; Turn the triangles and bake for another 4 to 5 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
