Ingredients

  • Spicy herring fillet with 2-3 fish
  • Bow – 1 head
  • Greens
  • Boiled eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Pepper
  • Sugar – 2 tablespoons
  • Mustard – 1 tablespoon
  • Sunflower oil – 1/4 cup
  • Loaf – 3 slices of loaf
  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Wine or apple cider vinegar – 1 tablespoon

Directions

  1. Soak the fish fillet in milk for 2 hours. Finely chop the squirrels. Peel the apple.
  2. Grind the herring in a meat grinder with an apple and onion. Then add – soaked in milk, and squeezed loaf without a crust. Grind the yolk with sugar and pepper, stir in oil (a quarter cup).
  3. Add mustard and vinegar to the minced meat. Combine with whites and crushed yolk.
    Sprinkle the forshmak with herbs.
