  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 3 bread rolls, dry
  • water for soaking
  • some parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Marjoram, rubbed
  • breadcrumbs
  • some clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Soak the rolls in water. Meanwhile, put the minced meat together with the eggs and the spices / herbs in a bowl, add the well-squeezed rolls and work everything into a dough with your hands.
  2. My mother tries the dough again to taste, I can`t do that with raw meat and therefore season it according to feeling, usually works quite well! Form a cake from the meat mixture, turn in breadcrumbs and fry in hot clarified butter.
  3. We also have bean vegetables and fried potatoes and the meat fritters that are left over are used to make huge homemade hamburgers the next day.
