- 30 g butter
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 tablespoon palm sugar

- Peel the bananas and cut in half lengthways. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the banana halves until soft. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with palm sugar. Fry, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved.
- Arrange on dessert plates and drizzle with the gravy.
