Ingredients

  • 3 scoops beetroot, precooked
  • 1 tablespoon oil, (safflower oil)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan, freshly grated
  • 2 pinches salt and pepper, from the grinder

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic cloves. Dice the beetroot balls.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic until translucent. Now add the beetroot cubes and stir-fry for about 10 minutes.
  3. Finally season well with salt and pepper from the mill and dust with the grated Parmesan.
  4. With this snack we serve rye bread or rolls or boiled potatoes as a meal.
