  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • oregano
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • olive oil

Fried Chicory with Tomato and Feta Cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicory in half lengthways. Remove the bitter kernel. Put olive oil in a medium-walled saucepan.
  2. Fry the chicory until lightly browned, cut the tomatoes, add them and fry them lightly as well. Cut the feta cheese into pieces and add them. Press in the garlic cloves, fry for another 5 minutes.
  3. Serving. Finished.
