Ingredients

  • 2 port. Fish fillet (s)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, very finely chopped
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 1 onion (s), cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon curry paste, green or green curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, freshly grated
  • Chilli oil for frying
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish, pat dry, brush with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish in it for about 1 minute on both sides and remove.
  2. Heat some oil in it again and fry the onion and garlic in it. Add the remaining spices, deglaze with the coconut milk and a little water, bring to the boil.
  3. Carefully put the fish in and cook on low heat for another 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and green chilli.
  4. Rice goes very well with it!
