  • 1 kg mushrooms, fresh, cleaned forest mushrooms
  • 3 onion (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 100 g mararine
  • 50 g butter
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Clean the forest mushrooms well and cut into small pieces (do not wash if possible).
  2. Cut the onions into cubes.
  3. Fry the mushrooms in a wide pan with the margarine. The mushrooms leak fluid for a long time. When the liquid has evaporated completely, add a little margarine, add the onion cubes and fry until the mushrooms are a little browned. Now season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. If you like, you can now add a little butter for the taste. Garnish with a little parsley and enjoy your meal.
  5. We like a simple wholemeal bread and butter with it!
