  • 2 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Clean, do not wash, freshly collected parasols! Halve the small ones and fry them in butter that is not too hot, like schnitzel. That takes a lot of butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Best served with fresh bread and butter.
