Ingredients

  • 400 g zucchini
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 280 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • a bit salt
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), untreated, the zest it
  • 160 ml mineral water, ice cold
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoon Miracel Whip
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs
  • 1 clove garlic
  • some cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Roughly grate the zucchini, chop the onion into small pieces.
  2. For the dough, mix the flour with the baking powder, sesame seeds, cumin, salt and lemon zest. Mix this flour mixture with the cold mineral water and then stir in the zucchini grated and diced onion.
  3. Preheat the fryer. Cut off with 2 tablespoons of cams and place in the hot fat. Fry for about 5 minutes until the dumplings are nice and brown. Drain on kitchen paper and keep warm in the 50 ° C oven until all the dumplings are ready.
  4. For the dip, mix creme fraiche with Miracel Whip. Season to taste with salt, pepper, chopped garlic, cayenne pepper and herbs.
  5. Serve dumplings with dip. A green salad goes well with it.
