Ingredients

  • 125 g suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 3 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • some Milk
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 kg fruit (e.g. apples, cherries, rhubarb, plums, pears, gooseberries)
  • Strawberries and rhubarb (my favorite variety)
  • Butter and flour for the mold

Instructions

  1. First make the streusel. Mix all the crumble ingredients well with the dough hook of a mixer. Chill the crumbly mass. Grease a cake tin, sprinkle with a little flour and also chill.
