This tropical and garden fruit salad with gooseberries is a treasure trove of vitamins! This salad is dressed with yogurt with the addition of lime juice. Impossible to resist!

Ingredients
Large mango – 1 pc.
Large banana – 1 pc.
Large peach – 1 pc.
Apricots – 3 pcs.
Grapefruit – 0.5 pcs.
Gooseberry – 50 g
Yogurt with additives (I have apricot) – 50 ml
Lime (juice) – 0.25 pcs.
Directions
Peel the banana and cut it into slices. Sprinkle the banana slices with lime juice to prevent browning.
Cut the peach in half, remove the stone. Cut the peach into thin slices.
Cut the apricots in the same way as the peaches.
The mango can be simply peeled, pitted, and diced. And you can process the mango correctly. To do this, cut the pulp together with the peel on both sides of the stone. Set aside the pitted mango part for now. Cut the remaining two parts of the mango into cubes (in the form of a lattice), without cutting through the peel, and turn inside out. Cut the mango cubes into a plate. Then take a piece of mango with a stone, peel it, cut the pulp around the peri and cut it into pieces.
Cut the gooseberries in half lengthwise.
Peel the grapefruit, divide it into slices from which to remove the film. Cut the grapefruit pulp into triangles.
Put the banana in a circle around the plate, as close to the edge as possible. Then lay out the peach slices, between which place the apricot slices. From apricots make an “edging” for the center of the plate. Place the mango in the center of the plate. On top of a layer of peaches, in the bottom of it, alternating, lay out grapefruit and gooseberries.
Squeeze another 1 tablespoon from the lime. spoon of juice and add to yogurt, mix. Transfer the yogurt to a plastic bag, from which cut off a small corner. Pour the yogurt net over the Sunny fruit salad. From the specified amount of ingredients, I got two plates of salad.
