Ingredients

  • 50 g mararine
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

For the filling:

  • 500 ml cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 500 g fruits, mixed
  • powdered sugar
  • Fat and flour for the tray

Instructions

  1. Bring the margarine, water and salt to a boil. Sift the flour and cornstarch and pour all at once into the liquid removed from the hob. Stir into a smooth dumpling, heat for approx. 1 minute, place in a bowl and stir in the eggs one by one. Add baking powder to the cold batter.
  2. Place rosettes with a piping bag on a greased, floured baking sheet. Bake at 200-220 ° C for about 30 minutes. Cut open immediately after baking.
  3. When cooled, fill with whipped cream and fruit, dust with powdered sugar.
