Ingredients
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoon ajvar
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons herbal salt
- 2 tablespoon, heaped chives, fresh
- 1 pinch (s) sea salt, to taste

- Mix the butter and ajvar well in a high bowl. Add the garlic and spices and mix well. Add the chives and season with sea salt. Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
