Dried coconut – 1/2 Piece
Garlic – 1 Glass
Coriander Seed – 1/2 Cup
Red pepper – 3 Tbsp. spoons
Salt – – To taste
Directions
First you need to rub the coconut on a fine grater. If you cannot get the dried product, use ready-made coconut flakes – you need to take 1 sachet.
Peel the garlic thoroughly and mix with the finished coconut flakes.
Lightly roast coriander seeds in a dry preheated frying pan and also add them to the coconut flakes.
Add red pepper and salt to the mixture to taste
Use a blade mixer or food processor to grind the mixture. Don’t mix it too much – the end product should be slightly patchy. It must be poured into a sterile jar and stored in the refrigerator, using as needed.
