Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 600 g apples
  • 50 ml lemon juice

For the cast:

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 packet sauce powder (vanilla-flavored dessert sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees (circulating air 155 degrees). Mix butter, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Mix in the eggs one by one. Mix flour with baking powder. Add alternately with the cream and stir in.
  2. Grease a springform pan (26 cm) and smooth the dough in it. Peel and quarter the apples and cut out the core. Drizzle the fruits with lemon juice. Spread on the dough and press down lightly. Pre-bake the cake for approx. 12 minutes.
  3. For the topping, stir together the sour cream, eggs, sugar and sauce powder. Take the cake out of the oven and pour the sour cream over the apples. Then bake for another 50 minutes at the same temperature.
  4. Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down. Arrange on a cake plate and spread the powdered sugar on top.
