Clean and puree 150g strawberries and mix with 25ml strawberry syrup. Peel, core, dice and puree 1 mango (approx. 200g) and mix with 25ml mango syrup. Add half the juice of one lime to the blueberry and mango puree. Mix the strawberry puree with the juice of one lemon. Mix each with the corresponding amount of jam sugar 1: 3 (1/3 of the weight). Bring the first jam (mango) to the boil and fill it hot. After it has cooled down, prepare and fill up the second variety (strawberry), proceed accordingly with the third variety (blueberry). After the blueberry jam has been poured in, close the jar with a hot seal immediately. After cooling, store the glass upside down if possible, otherwise the colors will mix too quickly. The amount is sufficient for approx. 600 ml. As with other jams, the shelf life is several years
