  • 500 g nocchi, from the refrierated shelf
  • 400 g turkey breast
  • 5 tablespoon white wine
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 1 teaspoon herbs, frozen
  • 0.25 liter ¼ water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the spring onions, cut into pieces.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan. Fry the uncooked gnocchi in it for 4 - 5 minutes, turning, then remove.
  3. In the meantime, wash the meat, pat dry and cut into strips. Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan, heat. Fry the meat in it, turning, for 4 - 5 minutes. Fry the spring onions briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with wine, water and cream. Bring to the boil and stir in processed cheese and frozen herbs. Fold in the gnocchi and heat briefly. Season again with salt and pepper.
