  • 1 packet gnocchi
  • 300 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 175 ml broth
  • 75 ml white wine
  • 75 ml cream
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • possibly flour or cornstarch
  • salt
  • garlic
  • Herbs

Instructions

  1. First the chicken breast fillet is washed, cut into pieces and fried in the pan. When the meat is through and already light brown, it is set aside on a covered plate.
  2. The finely chopped onion is then sautéed in the same oil. When this is glassy, turn the temperature down a little and put the white wine in the pan and let it boil for about 5 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, add the water for the gnocchi and prepare them according to the instructions on the packet.
  4. Then you add the broth and cream and boil it up again a little. Then season with spices. If you like, you can add more cream, but I also like the low-calorie version. If necessary, thicken the sauce with flour or cornstarch.
  5. The tomato is washed and cut into fine pieces and then added to the sauce together with the meat and heated again.
  6. Arrange with the gnocchi on the plates.
