Gnocchi are the same dumplings, only Italian. Most often they are made from wheat flour, cheese and potatoes. Also, grooves are specially made so that the sauce lingers there.

Ingredients
Potatoes – 4 Pieces (boiled in their skins)
Chicken Egg – 2 Pieces
Wheat flour – 1 Glass
Salt – 1
Onion – 1 Piece
Greens – To taste
Chicken meat – 300 grams (boiled)
Cream – 200 Milliliters (10%)
Vegetable oil – 20 Milliliters
Directions
Peel potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater.
Add eggs to the grated potatoes, a good pinch of salt, or a little ground pepper.
Add flour and knead the dough. The potatoes stick well, but do not flour the dough. The potatoes should be collected in a bowl.
We will get this dough.
Divide the potatoes into small pieces. Roll each into a ball. Dip a fork in flour, press a ball of dough with it. We get these gnocchi.
Leave the gnocchi to lie down. Put 1.5 liters of water to boil. Now let’s get to the sauce. For the sauce, cut the boiled poultry meat.
For the sauce, cut the onions into half rings.
Fry onions in vegetable oil.
Add the chopped poultry meat.
When the meat and onions are browned, add the cream and lots of chopped herbs. Stir. Let it boil and turn it off.
In boiling salted water, boil gnocchi, like dumplings or dumplings.
Turn on the sauce fire. Remove the finished gnocchi from boiling water. Place them in the skillet with the sauce. Stir.
