Potato and Cheese Gnocchi Stuffed with Meat

Ingredients
- Potatoes – 1 Kilogram
- Boiled meat – 250 grams
- Cheese – 400 Grams (halved: hard and curd)
- Flour – 150 Grams
- Egg – 2 Pieces (in dough and filling)
- Salt and Pepper – To taste
- Butter – 50 Grams (for serving)
- Greens – 1 Pinch
Directions
- First, peel the potatoes boiled in their skins and grate them.
- Add one egg, flour, half hard and curd cheese. Salt to taste, you can add your favorite spices.
- Stir well to form a smooth dough. Put it in the refrigerator for now.
- Now you can start filling. To do this, grind the boiled meat in a meat grinder or blender. Add the second half of the cheese, the egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Here’s minced meat as a result. And then everything is very simple: take some potato dough, mash it into a cake. Place the filling in the center.
- Form neat balls. Place them in boiling salted water and cook for about 4 minutes after they float.
- Beauty, incredibly delicious! Serve hot with butter and herbs immediately.
