Potato Roll with Meat and Cheese

How many cool recipes where potatoes and meat are together! Today one of them is an oven-baked potato roll stuffed with minced meat and cheese! Yummy! Be sure to cook, otherwise you will not try!

Let’s start by making the “dough” for the potato roll.
We rub the potatoes on a coarse grater, periodically alternating with onions (1 pc.) – this way the potatoes will not darken. We also rub a small part of the cheese (50 g) on a coarse grater.
Add kefir, salt, black pepper, chopped herbs and eggs. And don’t forget some nutmeg (if any). Mix everything well.
Spread on well-oiled parchment, spread evenly over the entire surface of the baking sheet. We send to the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30 minutes, until golden brown.
During this time, we will prepare the filling. Potatoes with meat (minced meat) – my love. 🙂
Fry the onion, cut into cubes in a small amount of oil, and mince here. Salt, pepper and fry until tender.
Rub the remaining cheese on a coarse grater.
Remove the finished potato “cake” for the roll from the parchment. This is probably the most difficult moment.
Put the minced meat filling on the roll, evenly. Sprinkle with cheese on top. It smells great!
We turn into a roll, and you can already serve or send to the oven (180 degrees) for another 10 minutes. Let the cheese melt inside – it will be even more appetizing!
A potato roll with meat and cheese is a great idea for a snack from foods that were in the refrigerator.
