- 2 tablespoon pine nuts
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 apple
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 packet goat cream cheese, (in a roll)
- 1 bunch rocket
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon butter

- Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.
- Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat, stirring, then set aside. Then fry the bacon strips in the same pan until crispy, then set aside again.
- Now cut 4 thick slices from the apples, do not just cut them in half but cut off the ends relatively wide and remove the core. Then sprinkle the apple slices with a little thyme and fry them in the same pan. Then arrange in a small casserole dish, place the bacon slices on top and again a goat cheese thaler on top of each.
