Fry the goulash on all sides in a little butter or oil. Add the prepared vegetables and sauté briefly. Mix the tomato paste well with the meat and vegetables in the saucepan. Deglaze with the water and season with salt, pepper, broth powder, paprika powder, rosenschraf and chilli. Cover with a lid and let simmer for about 1.5-2 hours.
