- 2 slices bacon (breakfast bacon)
- 2 slices meat loaf
- 1 slice (s) cheese
- 1 pickle (s)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- margarine

- Wash the peppers, cut into strips and blanch for 10 minutes.
- Place the ingredients one on top of the other on a board, fill with cucumber and paprika strips and roll up. Fasten with 2 toothpicks.
- Bake in margarine until the bacon is crispy and the cheese begins to drain.
- Mashed potatoes or simply farmhouse bread go well with this.
