Ingredients
- 1 kg flour (type 405)
- 1 cup milk, small cup
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cube yeast, fresh
- 2 bag / s raisins
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 200 g quark
- 200 g butter
- 3 teaspoons, leveled salt
- 100 g suar

- Put the flour in a large bowl and make a well. Mix the yeast and sugar with the cup of milk until the yeast has dissolved, then pour into the well and mix with some of the flour to make a pre-dough. Let rise in a warm place for at least 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, wash and drain the raisins. Gently heat the milk, quark, butter, salt and sugar in a saucepan until the butter has liquefied. Allow to cool slightly.
- Now we add the raisins to the pre-dough and stir them in. Then stir in the still lukewarm butter and quark mixture until a nice batter has formed.
- Now fill the dough in a large baking pan and let rise for another 30 minutes. Bake at 180 ° C for approx. 75 minutes.
