Ingredients
- 500 g quark
- 500 ml milk
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 2 ½ teaspoons salt
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 kg flour
- 0.5 ½ cup oil
- 4 packs baking powder
- Fat for the molds
- some breadcrumbs for the molds
- 1 packet raisins, possibly
- possibly flour for rolling

- Knead all the ingredients in the food processor to form a smooth dough, grease 2 mare molds and sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs.
- The dough does not need to be kneaded by hand. Pour the dough into the molds and bake at 160 ° C (fan oven) for 1 hour.
- Variation with raisins: Wash 1 packet of raisins, dab and roll in flour, knead with the dough.
