Add the honey, the water and the oil and knead everything together very well.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the mixture on top with a wet spoon (keep dipping it in water) and smooth it out.
Bake at 160 degrees top / bottom heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
Switch off the oven and let the dough dry for about 10 minutes. Then cut into bars with a sharp knife and let cool down. Only then do they become solid.
It is best to keep the bars in an airtight container.
I have never been able to try out how long they would last. They were eaten away after a week at the latest.
And if you prefer it fruity, you can add chopped dried figs / apricots / plums instead of the raisins.
