- 100 g oatmeal
- 1 egg white
- 3 tablespoon honey, more liquid
- 4 tablespoon yogurt, Greek
- banana
- blueberries

- Put the oatmeal, egg whites and honey in a bowl and stir these ingredients with a spoon. Then grease four muffin cases with butter and pour in the batter.
