Grated Сrab Salad

A simple version of the salad that turns out to be as tender and appetizing as possible is grated crab salad. This salad can be served in portions or on one large platter. The salad can be prepared for a holiday.

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks – 80 Grams
  • Processed cheese – 80 Grams
  • Chicken eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Mayonnaise – 2-3 Art. spoons
  • Salt – To taste
  • Pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients. Remove the chopsticks from the freezer in advance.
  2. Boil chicken eggs for 10 minutes, then cool in cold water.
  3. Grate the crab sticks on a fine grater, put the first layer in the salad.
  4. Brush a layer of salad with mayonnaise.
  5. Rub the melted cheese over the crab sticks. This will be the second layer of the salad.
  6. Next, grate the chicken eggs on a fine grater. Place eggs on top of the cheese.
  7. Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve.
