Grated Fried Zucchini

A very convenient option for cooking zucchini.

Cook: 15 mins

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 500 Grams
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Flour – 4-5 Art. spoons
  • Garlic – 1 Clove
  • Salt, black pepper – To taste
  • Oregano – To taste
  • Vegetable oil – 40 Milliliters (for frying)

Directions

  1. Let’s prepare food. To make the dish more aromatic, I used spices: oregano and black pepper.
  2. Rub the zucchini on a fine or coarse grater. If there is too much juice, squeeze out with your hands.
  3. Add raw eggs, garlic passed through a press, salt, ground black pepper, oregano. Stir.
  4. Add flour. Stir.
  5. Let’s start frying.
  6. Preheat a frying pan, add oil. Put the squash mass in the hot oil with a dessert spoon or a tablespoon. Fry over low heat until golden brown.
  7. Fry on both sides.
  8. Grated zucchini are ready! Serve with sauces.
