Instructions

  1. Remove the ends of the washed zucchini and pour over the slicer. Now salt the zucchini slices thoroughly so that the water comes out and leave them covered in a bowl. Pour off the liquid every now and then. After approx. 2 to 3 hours, rinse the zucchini slices thoroughly and then carefully dry them on kitchen towels.
  2. From now on you can treat them like fried potatoes. Fry with the diced ham, add the onions or the egg.
  3. If you want to eat them without an egg, they also taste delicious if you dust them with freshly grated Parmesan.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
